It could be healthy for some people but I'm 6ft 3 and 300 lbs and according to my research gives me a bmi of 40 meaning I'm morbidly obese

You are young and still growing so you don't need to worry about losing weight remember muscle weighs more than fat, just go to the gym and do lifts such as squats and leave and drink lots of water, then you can eat more

You cannot start off with intense workouts, you have to gradually increase your exercises. Start out by just having normal walks and eating when you are only hungry. No cravings.
Remember, you can always still eat as much food as you want when you are at the weight you desire, but exercise proportionally. you gonna get some girls brother and keep your motivation high.

I think first and foremost you should consult with your doctor about exercise routines and diet plans that will help you lose weight in a healthy manner. It's also good to make permanent changes in your life, such as limiting or, in some cases, cutting out certain foods/drinks that are detrimental to your health, such as soda. And don't fall for fad diets like keto or veganism--they're not designed for a long-term eating plan. Carbs can be your friend, if you choose the right ones.

but I'm starting sports and I don't think anyone is 'ugly' everyone has a 'type' plus my mother has diabetes and she helped herself for the better she seems much happier now and I want to feel that happiness i don't want to be limited by my weight and even if I become 300lbs again I want it to be because of muscles

Drink only water
Eating less than you need is hard, so rather eat till your full but different food. Less carbs (noodles,white bread) and more vegetables or fats(Joghurt,cheese)
Easing into exercise is optimal, if possible commit yourself to a club(soccer) or workout group/ with friends so you have external motivators.
Water only is most important tho

U should also do some cardio every day I'd recommend running a mile a day, depending on how quick you are it shouldnt take more than 10-15 minutes but ull see some noticeable changes after a couple of weeks

Its not affecting mu health i mean i have bodybuilder legs because of the 300 lbs they carry every day I can deadlift a little over my bodyweight I just don't want to look like the blob and more of a healthy individual. thank you for your worries :)
