What do you think "government" is responsible for doing?
By - TStandsForTalent
Government is nothing more than a corporation.
Making sure our economy is running smoothly (in south Africa our government just makes everything worse)
A government that doesn't exist for the benefit of its citizens is a government that doesn't need to exist
As an American I would say only what is explicitly granted as federal powers in articles 1-3 of the constitution and not a hair more, but that ship has sailed a long time ago.
CIA killed jfk
No, the secret service did.
Now I'm not sure if this is true, but the government is actually responsible for taxes. I know, it's crazy
Maximizing happiness for the greatest number of people
Silencing conservative voices
I'm as shocked about it as you
Ohhhh, you’re saying it’s what they do now, not what they should be responsible for?
No one is capable of that.
The media is giving it the old college try.
So much deplatforming for undesirable speech
WTF does 'undesirable speech' mean? Sounds like defending ignorant, stupid, hateful, and asinine speech.
Like Fox News 'media'?
All of them. There is no more actual news reporting. It is all biased, every entity has an agenda. Every station a twist, every person a worldview they have decided to spread at the expense of the reputation of their profession. Everyone is an activist out to make the world a better place.
They're doing a pretty good job imo
B - O - O H - O - O.
Stop being a snowflake.
Every politician, every cop in the street, protects the interests of the pedophilic corporate elite.
Having as less involvement in ppls lives as much as possible
Keeping the population in a demoralized and delusional state.
Protecting its citizens in their every day lives and that is it
Keeping the peace and waging war.
The preamble is good too.
Niebuhr: "The sad duty of government is to establish justice in a sinful world."
